QAV's History Quality in Audio Visual

QAV started in 2001 in Cambridgeshire UK, with strong roots derived from the Event Agency, Event Production and Audio-Visual Sales Industries.

picture From humble beginnings in a small commercial unit in Cambridge we have grown season on season to become one of the countries most regarded Audio Visual companies.

April 2001 saw the company's formation under the directorship of George and Ed Noble with a staff of 2. With the businesses constant growth and staff number swelling to 7 the premises in Cambridge were proving to be inadequate for our needs. Work started on custom built premises in Longstanton which we took possession of in May 2002.

Longstanton served as the company's home for 5 years. The company policy of hiring high calibre personnel, with proven records in their specialist areas continued, with numbers swelling to 17 and the Client list expanding further. This combined with an ever growing amount of work and proffered services, meant that in spring 2006 we started looking for new premises again.

picture The year 2007 saw us move into our current abode at Lancaster Way Business Park in Ely. This purpose built unit has given us the flexibility to expand our portfolio of products and services even further. A purpose built High Definition (HD) video edit suite, larger warehousing facilities, expanded show preparation area, greater security and building integrated IT infrastructure all allowing better working and greater flexibility.

Year on year we continue to grow. With a client profile that ranges from self employed cameramen to international blue chip companies, our ability to meet client requirements and to exceed them continues to put us in good stead for the future.
